Skoko is a skincare brand focused on effective, ingredient-driven formulations designed for modern consumers. This project explores a packaging rebrand concept aimed at elevating the brand into a more premium, contemporary skincare space while maintaining clarity around product benefits and ingredients.
Context
The objective of this pitch was to create a clean, luxurious, and shelf-impactful identity for two key products: Licros Glo Brightening Serum and Skin Rekindle Age Defying Serum. The design approach focuses on balancing scientific credibility with aesthetic minimalism, a key trend in modern skincare packaging.
Each direction maintains strong product hierarchy, ingredient communication, and brand consistency, allowing the brand to explore different positioning options within the premium skincare market.
Three visual directions were explored during the concept phase:
Concept 01 — Scientific Freshness A bright and ingredient-focused approach using vibrant colors and bubble textures to visually represent active ingredients and product efficacy. The goal was to communicate freshness, clarity, and skincare science.
Concept 02 — Premium Apothecary This direction leans into a luxury skincare aesthetic, featuring darker bottles, minimal typography, and warm neutral backgrounds. The design enhances perceived value and creates a high-end cosmetic brand presence.
Concept 03 — Modern Botanical Luxury A contemporary approach combining rich gradients and modern color palettes. The soft flowing backgrounds create a sense of natural formulation, elegance, and skincare sophistication.
